S&S Activewear is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting for assigned business areas. The role partners with Sales, Pricing, Purchasing, Marketing, Operations and Accounting while driving performance analysis and strategic initiatives.

The position offers a salaried, full-time, exempt role with a remote opportunity in the United States. Strong financial judgment and communication skills are essential to explain the 'why' behind results to senior

Competenze

Leads forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
Works with leaders to drive KPI tracking and performance insights.
Translates complex financial data into actionable recommendations.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for assigned functions or business areas.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reporting with KPI trends and outlooks.
Collaborate with Accounting during close processes to align actuals with forecasts.
Build relationships with leaders to define operating plans and KPIs.
Translate financial concepts into concise recommendations for leadership.
Create dashboards and data visualizations to improve visibility into performance.
Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools.
