Job summary

Fanatics Commerce, a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with business leaders, own forecasting, and drive profitability. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and AI-enabled insights across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

The position requires 3–5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with a hybrid work arrangement at our New York office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel and strong ERP/planning systems experience (Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion).
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• AI and automation experience to accelerate forecasting and reporting.
• Strong grasp of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow with working capital knowledge.
• Ability to distill large datasets into clear leadership-ready insights.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with segment leaders to align forecasts with strategic priorities.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to leadership and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Collaborate with finance systems to roll out consolidation, reporting, and planning tools.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for fans and customers.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor margins, productivity, and inventory turns.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve forecasting, reporting, and data quality.
• Build driver-based financial models and run scenario analyses.
