Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance—mining, resources, energy, or capital-intensive industry experience required.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and project cash flow models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, development-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models including project economics, capex/opex forecasts, and life-of-mine cash flow models.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasts with inputs from multiple functions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management packages with variance analysis and drivers.
