Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and data extraction from operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic reforecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly results with variance explanations.
• Develop cost models for COGS and margins.
• Conduct pricing analysis for quotes and margins.
• Track KPIs such as unit cost, labor absorption, scrap/yield, capacity, and inventory turns.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and quantify financial impact.
• Build business cases for capital expenditures with ROI, payback, and NPV.
• Forecast project-level capex and report spend vs budget.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting and dashboards.
• Improve models, reporting tools, and processes for scale.
