Creative Financial Staffing, LLC partners with a manufacturing organization to appoint a Senior Financial Analyst who will own forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to influence business decisions. The role emphasizes partnering with operations and functional leaders while building FP&A expertise.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and at least 4 years of FP&A or cost accounting experience in manufacturing, with strong Excel skills and ERP reporting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and developing financial models.
• Manufacturing industry experience and familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial results, identify key drivers and trends, and provide actionable business insights.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and operational changes.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and ongoing financial planning activities.
• Lead reporting process improvements, automation efforts, and dashboard development initiatives.
• Partner with operations and functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
