Job summary

Associated Materials / Alside is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Distribution, and Corporate SG&A. You will develop and deliver forecasts, budgets, and analyses for senior leadership, and evaluate new business opportunities and locations with a focus on accurate sales, pricing, and cost estimates.

You will build strategic relationships across the business and drive improvements through financial practices and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years progressive FP&A experience in corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience delivering analysis and SG&A reporting.
• Experience with data analytics and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Analyze operational results to identify improvement opportunities and partner with Operations.
• Develop reporting tools to improve communication between Sales and Operations.
• Present data and conclusions to management and stakeholder teams.
• Lead FP&A team members in delivering work product.
