Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis in manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or wholesale distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and large data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting to senior/executive leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and develop meaningful reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with identifying root causes.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial results to operational performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial and operational reports, models, and analyses from multiple data sources.
• Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify variances and trends.
• Investigate cost variances (freight, labor, materials) and propose corrective actions.
• Support annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for executive leadership with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales leadership to evaluate costs, margins, and profitability.
• Create ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and cost management.
• Support monthly financial reviews and management reporting packages.
• Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and BI/tools to organize and present data.
• Take ownership of projects and proactively pursue further analysis.
