The Bolton Group in the Fort Worth area is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for manufacturing operations.

This role partners with operations and finance leadership to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and operational performance, with hybrid onsite flexibility to support strategic decision-making and financial performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–7 years in finance or accounting; strong candidates may have less.
• Experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Understanding of manufacturing costs, statements, and metrics.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP a plus.
• Power BI, data analytics, and AI-enabled reporting desirable.
• Strong communication, business acumen, proactive mindset.
• Location: Fort Worth, TX or Carrollton, TX (onsite with hybrid)
• Compensation: $110K-$150K base (no bonus currently)
• Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 remote (flexibility)

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business operations.
• Partner with operational and finance leadership to drive profitability, cost efficiencies, and business performance.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor and overhead expenses, operational variances, and profitability trends.
• Support P&L management, month-end reporting, and financial performance reviews.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; strong candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance.
• Understanding of manufacturing costs, financial statements, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Power BI, data analytics, and AI-enabled reporting experience are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Location: Fort Worth, TX or Carrollton, TX (mostly onsite with hybrid flexibility)
• Compensation: $110K-$150K base (no bonus currently)
• Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 remote (flexibility possible)
