Job summary

Bolder Industries is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support planning, reporting, and analytics across the organization. You will partner with the CFO and Controller to enhance management reporting, improve forecasting, and elevate board materials.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, advanced Excel, and transforming data into actionable insights. You will help design scalable tools, automate processes, and improve data quality to drive decision-making across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Experience building financial models and reporting tools.
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards with variance explanations.
Assist in annual budgeting and consolidate assumptions for executive review.
Analyze plant P&L performance by linking KPIs to financial results and provide variance analysis.
Develop standardized reporting packages and dashboards for plant, operations, and company-wide performance.
Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting processes using Excel-based models or Power BI.
