Clarus in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to drive financial and operational decision support. You will build reports, analyze variances, and present actionable insights to executive leadership, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, data from multiple sources, budgeting support, and continuous improvement of reporting and cost management processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 3+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience in manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or wholesale distribution.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for modeling and presenting data.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and develop reports independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop financial and operational reports and models from multiple data sources.
• Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify variances and opportunities.
• Investigate cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for executive leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Sales to evaluate costs, margins, profitability, and performance.
• Develop ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, cost management, and processes.
• Support monthly financial reviews and management reporting packages.
• Utilize Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools to organize and present data.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and pursue additional analyses as needed.
