Qualifications

• 3–5+ years FP&A, cost accounting or financial analysis in manufacturing.
• Experience in global manufacturing/high-tech or industrial environments is a plus for publicly traded companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve site budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Consolidate financial inputs from operations and align with corporate guidelines.
• Prepare reporting summaries and analyses of revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow for decision making.
• Identify risks/opportunities and communicate with site leadership; support monthly/quarterly plant management packages.
• Analyze cost trends, productivity, and profitability across lines; translate results into actionable insights.
• Support root-cause analysis for deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions.
