Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support budgeting, rolling forecast, and M&A integration modeling. You will partner with the Director of FP&A and CFO to drive rigor in planning, variance analysis, and monthly reporting for leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in FP&A or related finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite. Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) and a finance degree are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, public accounting, or a related finance function.
• CPA preferred.
• Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• The Budget Build: Support the enterprise-wide annual operating plan process with BU finance leads to compile and consolidate a bottoms-up plan.
• The Forecast: Maintain the rolling revenue and EBITDA forecast and translate monthly actuals into a forward view.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly results against budget and forecast, explain drivers and flag risks/opportunities.
• M&A Support: Assist acquisition modeling and integration of deals into financial reporting and forecast.
• Business Unit Reporting: Build and maintain monthly performance packages and flash reports for leadership.
• Systems & Process: Help build models and templates and the budgeting rhythm, including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to requests from the Director of FP&A and CFO with speed and precision.
