Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to model financial impacts from state and federal legislation, new initiatives, and pricing changes within the Network P&L.

You will build projections, quantify effects on revenue, COGS, and fees, and collaborate with Pricing and Strategy teams to reflect updates in budgets and forecasts. Strong finance acumen and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Translate regulatory changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape.
• Proficiency in Excel; scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills; synthesize regulatory information into financial assumptions.
• Effective written and verbal communication; present findings to Finance and leadership.
• Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks state and federal legislative changes with financial implications for the Network P&L, including drug pricing legislation and Medicaid reimbursement changes.
• Builds financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates on Network revenue, COGS, and fees.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions and initiative financial impacts into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing legislative and initiative-related financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
