CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model, and financially integrate legislative impacts and pricing initiatives into the Network P&L. This role partners with pricing and strategy to reflect new assumptions in budgets and forecasts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with healthcare policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience translating regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and scenario modeling; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Build financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing updates.
• Partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to integrate pricing assumptions into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepare reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership review.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
