Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation in Centennial, Colorado seeks an experienced Sr FP&A Analyst to lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans aligned with strategic objectives. You will perform detailed financial analyses, prepare comprehensive reports, and present insights to stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of DoD contracting and labor rate composition is required for compliant financial management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Typically 8+ years of related experience.
Recent experience in leading teams.
Experience in management consulting, data analytics, finance, or quantitative roles.
Experience in finance-related positions (e.g., Financial Operations, Cost Management, Scheduling, Accounting, Estimating, FP&A).
Experience collecting data from multiple sources and communicating data.
Advanced features in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups).
Knowledge of DoD/government contracting and public auditing policies.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Perform detailed analyses and prepare financial reports/projections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for information gathering.
Present financial reports to stakeholders.
