Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• Must have 3 years of experience in a senior analyst position in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Must have SAP and Essbase experience.
• Must have experience working in manufacturing industry and familiarity with standard cost accounting.
• Professional communicator with impactful presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business operations and financial performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Lead development and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans; identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations using Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models and perform scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals and drive FP&A initiatives.
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure high-quality outputs and growth.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for continuous FP&A improvement.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when engaging with all levels of management.
