Job summary

McKesson is seeking a P3 Senior Financial Analyst to support planning, forecasting, close, and reporting for Financial Shared Services. The role partners with FSS leadership and provides financial insights to drive strategic and operational goals in a dynamic FP&A environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong data analytics background, advanced Excel, and experience with visualization tools like Power BI, enabling effective executive-level summaries and decision support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month-end close, and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field of study.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FSS leadership to develop annual expense budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Perform monthly close duties.
• Prepare executive level summaries and presentations to explain monthly results using reports.
• Review key expense variances and their impact on future months results.
• Manage large datasets and improve reporting through automation and visualization tools.
