Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company in Denver, CO, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Regional Finance, to deliver analytical horsepower across eight resorts, from Arapahoe Basin to Solitude. You will own regional reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and capital analysis, translating resort data into a clear regional story for leadership.

You will partner with Resort Finance teams, build scalable templates, and support annual plans and five-year models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant analytical field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, business unit or operations finance experience.
• Preferred: CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA with a finance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and in-season regional reporting for the Mountain Division.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and a five-year financial model.
• Develop benchmarking and performance insights across eight resorts.
• Lead ROI analyses and capital projects with resort teams.
• Partner with Resort Finance to improve processes and reporting cadence.
