Job summary

Global Public Company in the West Metro is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. The role partners with operations and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making.

Hybrid work model (Tue-Thu onsite) offers exposure to senior finance leadership and opportunities to drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience.
• Current Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with operational or commercial business leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude.
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and perform business and variance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support.
• Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Help drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
