Point Quest Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to build driver-based models for the annual plan and rolling forecast across divisions. You will translate operational assumptions into revenue, margin, and EBITDA outcomes, validate inputs with leaders, and deliver forecast insights for leadership.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll prepare monthly packages, analyze variances, and partner with Accounting to reconcile actuals.

Formación

• Hands-on FP&A experience in corporate finance or similar analytical finance role.
• Advanced Excel skills including modeling, PivotTables, lookups, and Power Query/Power Pivot.
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and driver-based analysis.
• Clear data storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and forecast using driver-based models across divisions and entities; translate assumptions into revenue, margin and EBITDA outcomes.
• Prepare monthly leadership reporting package with key metrics, trends and variances; explain swings.
• Partner with division leaders to deliver targeted analysis and inform operational decisions; support M&A diligence as needed.
• Build scalable models and dashboards; automate manual steps in reporting and forecasting.
