Job summary

Helion, based in Everett, WA, seeks an onsite FP&A professional to join the team in Seattle. You will support monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, partnering with department leaders to provide clear visibility into performance and year-to-date spending.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis in technology or high growth environments.
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, financial models, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets; ERP experience (NetSuite/Oracle Fusion or SAP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of forecasting tools (Anaplan, Adaptive or Pigment) is a plus.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and using AI tools to improve reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnering skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and business operations across departments.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial models; provide variance analysis and insights.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting using AI toolsets; track KPI metrics.
• Analyze operating expenses and capital expenditures; identify risks and opportunities.
• Leverage ERP, BI platforms, and AI tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
