You will partner with leaders across the organization to build robust financial plans and provide insights that influence pricing and operational decisions. The role emphasizes turning data into clear narratives, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimize performance and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in a corporate Financial Analyst or FP&A role requiring cross-team collaboration.
• Solid foundation in FP&A, financial reporting and analysis with ability to interpret and synthesize key metrics.
• Able to conduct variance analysis, identify performance drivers, and assist in forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations for managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to evaluate investments, compare outcomes, and assess impact of assumptions.
• Develop annual budgets, update rolling forecasts, and shape long-term financial plans.
• Assess financial impact of initiatives, pricing decisions, and operational changes.
• Analyze performance vs. plan, explain drivers, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create dashboards and presentations to help leadership understand performance.
