Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team in the Office of the CFO. This hybrid NYC role requires three days on-site in midtown, with ownership of core financial reporting, forecasting, close analysis, executive reporting, and financial analytics to drive faster, sharper insights.

You will leverage data, automation, BI tools, and AI capabilities to reduce manual effort, while partnering with cross‑functional teams on planning, margin improvement, and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or analytic finance experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and handling of large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and financial planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analyses.
• Forecasting, budgeting and planning with driver-based analyses.
• Prepare financial commentary for CFO and senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Use SQL/Python/VBA to extract and automate data workflows.
• Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, and IT to improve data quality.
