Job summary

Oil-Dri Corporation of America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with business leaders in driving financial planning, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making. The role blends core FP&A with advanced analytics across customers, products, pricing, and revenue to improve profitability and support growth.

The position is hybrid, based out of the Chicago office, with Monday through Wednesday onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analytics experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel, experience with planning tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Establish financial targets aligned to strategy.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insights.
• Partner with business leaders to review results and identify drivers.
• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, retention, and pipeline performance.
• Evaluate product performance, new product opportunities, and SKU optimization.
• Support pricing strategy through elasticity, variance, and discount analysis.
• Assess profitability across products, customers, and channels.
• Build revenue forecasts, growth models, and scenario analyses.
