Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Americas Business FP&A team in New York. You will own financial support for the Industrials practices, interfacing with finance and strategy to drive decision-ready insights and forecasting.

Responsibilities include designing performance indicators, partnering with leaders to translate data into action, and advancing forecasting and reporting using modern tools. A strong analytical background and 3–5 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a consulting, financial, or highly analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and stakeholders advisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and present performance indicators to business and finance leaders.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into commercial action.
• Synthesize results to measure performance against annual goals and support forecasting.
• Drive forward core financial processes using Tableau, GPT/LLM tools and other tech.
• Enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy and reporting quality.
