Oliver Wyman, a Marsh company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team in the Office of the CFO in New York. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Midtown NYC office, with no fully remote option.

You will own core FP&A processes, drive forecasting and budgeting, and deliver executive-ready analyses. The role emphasizes data-driven finance through BI tools, automation, and collaboration across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (or related field) required.
• 4–6 years of FP&A or equivalent analytical finance experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI tracking.
• Support and progressively own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Prepare financial commentary and executive reporting for CFO and leadership.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Tableau/Power BI; automate workflows.
• Collaborate with Regional FP&A, Controllership, and Tech teams to improve data quality and reporting.
• Utilize SQL/Python to extract and analyze large datasets where appropriate.
