AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budget development, forecasting and financial analyses within its Corporate FP&A function. The role supports value-based care transformation and integrated managed care monitoring.

The incumbent will work closely with VP FP&A, develop models, guide strategic initiatives, and drive performance improvement across AltaMed’s operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or managed care finance; 10 years with high school diploma.
• Master's degree preferred; experience with Workday/Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support budget development, planning and forecasting models.
• Analyze operating results and drive financial performance improvements.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting and forecasting solutions for value-based care.
