Job summary

Fusion Education Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial performance across a nationwide private school network. You will provide forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational insights that drive profitability and strategic growth.

The role partners with school leaders, regional offices, accounting, and executive leadership to translate data into actionable recommendations, improve profitability, and enhance the student and family experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance role.
• Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-unit organization.
• Experience with P&L analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning for campuses or regions.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, payroll, and profitability.
• Analyze results vs budget and forecast; identify variances, trends, risks, opportunities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages and management presentations.
• Assist in revenue/expense assumptions based on enrollment, staffing, tuition, and capacity.
• Maintain accurate forecasts by updating assumptions and results.
