Fusion Education Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support multi-campus financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytical insights.

The role partners with school leaders, regional and corporate operations, and executive leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable guidance that drives profitability and an exceptional student experience. Strong modeling and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance role.
• Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-unit, or operationally complex organization.
• Experience with P&L analysis, financial modeling, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned schools, regions, or corporate functions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, operating expenses, payroll, and profitability.
• Analyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, management presentations, and analyses.
• Assist in developing revenue and expense assumptions based on enrollment trends, staffing plans, and tuition rates.
• Maintain accurate, timely forecasts by incorporating updated assumptions and actual results.
