Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in software/tech.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with business leaders.
• Advise executives on performance, investments, and resource allocation.
• Analyze trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Support business cases, sensitivities, and financial impact assessments.
• Prepare financial analyses for reviews and ensure visibility on outlook and risks.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align actuals with forecasts and forward plans.
