Job summary

HES is seeking a Financial Analyst FP&A to support long-term financial health and growth, collaborating with Operations Management to optimize profits and reporting. The role offers a hybrid work option, with potential regional office and home office arrangements.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of relevant experience, strong accounting and forecasting skills, and the ability to manage large data sets while delivering clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in accounting, finance, or related fields
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
• Proficient in spreadsheets and financial software
• Ability to work with Operations Management and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance Partner with Field Operations to gain understanding about their accounts. Work closely with them in understanding their business, supporting their initiatives and general financial inquiries.
• Assist with updating KPI reporting for weekly financial operation reviews (WOR). Analyze current and forecasted financial data to understand the company’s financial status and identify trends.
• Assist with reconciling accounts to true up Monthly Forecast vs Actual reporting to identify variances.
• Identify reporting inconsistencies within the business units and help to improve the overall financial process.
• Assist in Data Integrity
• Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins.
• Assist in preparing the Annual budget. Create and maintain budgets for each account by working with internal finance team as well as Field management.
