Job summary

Oil-Dri Corporation of America, a leading specialty sorbents manufacturer, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Chicago. You will partner with leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights, blending FP&A with advanced analytics across customers, products, pricing, and revenue to improve profitability and growth.

The role is hybrid, based in the Chicago office, with Monday–Wednesday onsite work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analytics experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Establish financial targets aligned to strategy and deliver monthly/quarterly reports.
• Partner with leaders to review results and identify drivers.
• Analyze customer behavior, pricing opportunities, and SKU performance.
• Build revenue forecasts, growth models, and scenario analyses.
