Allworth Financial is seeking a senior FP&A professional to partner with the VP Finance to analyze growth and financial results. The role focuses on pipeline analytics, performance insights, and compensation program impact while delivering robust reporting and strategic planning.

Hybrid work in Addison/Dallas, TX with reporting to the Finance team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience building financial models for senior

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or analytics experience.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into concise insights for senior leadership.
• Experience developing financial models and executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new client pipeline results, including key milestone volumes and conversion rates.
• Communicate insights on performance and recommend practical changes that improve results.
• Analyze the financial impact of changes in advisor compensation and/or new compensation programs.
• Develop new and enhance existing reporting; prepare monthly financial results with variance analyses.
• Create financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and financial materials translating details into actionable recommendations.
