Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• CPA or MBA is a plus.
• 3–8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong data analysis and financial systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling and data analysis.
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate drivers to leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify process improvements across reporting and planning cycles.
