The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of finance experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in Prophix, Dynamics GP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for assigned corporate departments.
• Support Manager, Financial Planning in compiling and analyzing financial information for department leaders.
• Assist in the creation of financial models in support of new products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams during monthly reviews to prepare leadership-ready summaries.
• Identify drivers affecting future financial performance and flag issues.
• Participate in meetings to gather data for pro forma modeling and scenario analysis.
• Develop knowledge of expense growth drivers and opportunities for efficiency.
• Research, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources into business information.
• Support special projects for Director, AVP, and VP.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field
