Baker Construction Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will partner with leaders across the business to strengthen financial planning and drive efficiency.

Based in Monroe, OH, the role will support forecasts through December 2027 and transition to Sharonville, OH thereafter. This position offers growth opportunities, exposure to high‑impact projects, and a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field plus 8 years’ FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Upholds high integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supports budgeting and quarterly forecasting across the organization.
• Collaborates with leaders to gather assumptions and validate data.
• Analyses historical performance and market trends to project finances.
• Delivers timely forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
• Prepares monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Drives efficiency in SG&A and overhead through cost management.
• Drives process improvements and automation in FP&A workflows.
• Serves as a strategic advisor with data-driven insights.
