Job summary

bakerly is seeking an Industrial FP&A Analyst in Easton, PA to provide financial oversight and analytical support for U.S. manufacturing operations. You will work closely with plant leadership while handling cost analysis, financial reporting, and yield tracking across multiple production lines.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finance and strong analytical skills. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing cost controlling, industrial FP&A, or plant finance.
• Experience building financial reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Ability to work directly with operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance and validate inventory data.
• Track Yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness for production lines.
• Prepare and present monthly plant performance reviews.

Skills

Advanced Excel proficiency

Familiarity with ERP systems

Bilingual (Spanish/French a plus)

Education
