Bakerly LLC in Easton, PA is seeking an FP&A Analyst to provide financial oversight for U.S. manufacturing operations, partnering with plant leadership to drive cost control, yield and OEE improvements across two plants and seven lines.

The role focuses on weekly and monthly reporting, period close, variance analysis, and building dashboards to turn data into actionable insights for operations and finance, with exposure to the CFO and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing FP&A or plant finance experience.
• Experience building reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Familiarity with SAGE ERP and Power BI; advanced Excel required.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial oversight for U.S. manufacturing operations.
• Perform cost and variance analysis, inventory monitoring, yield and OEE tracking.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting for production accounts.
• Own monthly close for plant cost centers and present results to management.
