Bakerly LLC is seeking an Industrial FP&A Analyst to provide financial oversight for U.S. manufacturing operations across two plants and seven production lines in Easton, PA.

You will partner with plant leadership to deliver insights, dashboards, and tools that drive operational excellence and financial performance. The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, strong cross-functional engagement, and close work with the CFO to translate data into actionable business decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree or CPA/CMA a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing cost controlling, FP&A, or plant finance in a production environment; food & beverage or CPG preferred.
• Experience building financial reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred); advanced Excel proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with plant directors, line supervisors, and operations teams to monitor production performance.
• Communicate weekly and monthly financial results, cost variances, and performance trends to stakeholders.
• Track Yield and OEE for all 7 production lines and run period-over-period comparisons.
• Own the monthly close for all plant cost centers across both US sites.
• Prepare and present the monthly plant performance review to plant leadership.
