Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or construction mgmt; 8+ years experience.
• Understanding job cost and percentage of complete accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Vista System experience is a plus but not required; GAAP knowledge emphasized.
• CPA, MBA, and/or other advanced certification (CCFIP) a plus.
• Travel occasionally required to job sites.

Aufgaben

• Leads development of the project-based annual financial plan linked to strategic and operating plans.
• Performs financial scenario planning based on market conditions and external factors.
• Manages quarterly forecast updates and gap closing plans.
• Develops department-level spending plans integrated with strategy.
• Supports monthly project-by-project forecasts and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Monitors progress billings, aging A/R, and slow-pay collections with PMs.
• Delivers financial analysis and actionable insights across markets, projects, and customers.
• Leads ROI analysis and capital allocation decisions.
• Ensures cost code accuracy for GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Supports month-end closing tie-out to projections and cost drivers.
• Acts as Region superuser for Vista and Power BI for reporting.
