Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the company’s enterprise‑wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.

You will serve as the central FP&A leader coordinating cross‑functional efforts across Commercial, Operations, Corporate Functions, Accounting, and Finance Business Partner teams. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and senior leaders, delivering actionable financial insights, dashboards, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, accounting, or related analytical disciplines.
2+ years of leadership experience with direct reports preferred.
Experience supporting enterprise planning and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Develop and manage annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans.
Provide insights on variances, trends, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
Partner with Accounting to align management reporting with GAAP results.
Coach and develop FP&A team and drive planning process improvements.
