Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis to support the Specialty Surgery division. You will build financial models, analyze budgets, prepare variance reports and partner with leaders to drive strategic planning and the monthly close.

Key duties include coordinating incentive compensation plans with sales, calculating run rates, and identifying trends; supporting annual budgets and forecasts; and delivering weekly to quarterly leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Budgeting.
Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC, or OneStream preferred.
Proficiency with Power BI, Cognos, or Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate incentive compensation plans and models with sales management including scenario planning.
Calculate run rates, identify business trends, and perform variance analysis on actuals versus forecasts.
Provide financial support for annual budgets, strategic plans, and periodic forecasting processes.
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business financial review packages for leadership.
Support monthly close process and implement report automation improvements.
