Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage annual budget and ongoing financial forecasts with department partners.
• Prepare and analyze monthly results, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Evaluate profitability, margins, pricing, and manufacturing costs.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams on investments and performance.
• Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and staffing activities.
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
