Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role leads MBR, QBR, and AOP deliverables, delivering insights and partnering with Strategy on ROI, NPV, and IRR analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a focus on driving business performance and insightful commentary for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or related finance function.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience evaluating business cases using ROI, NPV, IRR.
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate with leaders.
• Experience building partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reporting activities, including analysis and executive-level presentation development.
• Prepare MBRs, QBRs, and AOP materials for leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and coordinate deadlines for MBR, QBR, AOP, forecast and reports.
• Perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets with actionable commentary.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives including ROI, NPV, IRR assessments.
• Provide treasury support through cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
