Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role with budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational information and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage annual budget and ongoing financial forecasts with department partners.
• Prepare and analyze monthly results, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Evaluate profitability, margins, pricing, and manufacturing costs.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and operational reporting for decision support.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Commercial teams on investments and resource allocation.
• Support payroll, benefits, and other HR/business operations as needed.
• Support Controller and accounting with special projects and process improvements.
