Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking an FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Research and G&A in a fast-paced biotech setting. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to deliver timely, accurate reports and insightful variance commentary.

You will own accrual close, revenue recognition for research collaborations (ASC 606), and support long-range planning. Strong Excel/Planful/NetSuite skills are essential, along with a proactive, deadline-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A or Finance, biotech/pharma a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of areas.
• Experience with Planful and NetSuite a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting for Research and G&A with leaders.
• Deliver timely quarterly reporting and variance commentary.
• Manage quarterly accrual close for Research with SOX/GAAP alignment.
• Own revenue recognition for Research collaboration agreements (ASC 606).
• Support annual financial planning and long-range planning.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional decision support.
• Build and improve financial models and scenario analyses.
• Evaluate processes and drive efficiency through automation/AI tooling.
