Ardent Mills in Denver is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A. The role partners with Finance and cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, analyze performance, and translate data into insights.

It requires strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across functions. The position follows a hybrid work arrangement with in-person work two days per week at the Denver office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with financial modeling and what-if scenarios.
• Experience with large data sets and BI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support annual planning, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare management reporting, variance analysis, and decision-support materials.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to quantify actions addressing performance gaps or opportunities.
• Drive KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards across functions.
