Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance to drive enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis.

You will consolidate results, develop long-range plans, and provide insights to inform decisions at the executive level. You will partner with senior leaders and finance teams, report to the Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, and operate in a hybrid setting at the Milwaukee HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong financial planning knowledge.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecast, and long-range planning for corporate functions.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report enterprise results with insights into drivers and trends.
• Prepare variance analysis against AOP, forecast, prior year, and plan.
• Develop executive presentations and exhibits for leadership reviews and board materials.
• Partner with finance teams to ensure forecast alignment and consistent assumptions.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and impacts to leadership; support scenario modeling.
