Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Transportation Financial Planning & Performance Analyst to lead FP&A for Americas transportation spend. You will partner across Transportation, Tax, Sourcing, Operations, and Finance to deliver insights, influence decisions, and improve cost visibility in a global trade context.

This hybrid role can be based in Milwaukee, WI; Mayfield Heights, OH; or Whitestown, IN. Responsibilities include leading AOP, forecasting, spend reviews, accruals, and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Willing to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reviews with partners across Finance, Transportation, Tax, Sourcing, Operations, and other departments.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, monthly spend reviews, accrual management, and productivity reporting for Americas transportation spend.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that improve cost visibility and support strategic decisions.
• Standardize financial processes, reporting, and best practices across the Americas region.
• Enhance analytics and reporting dashboards while driving continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess and communicate financial exposure related to changing transportation regulations
• Provide guidance on trade transportation analytics, financial controls, and best practices.
• Present financial impacts and recommendations to leadership and other important partners.
• Build partnerships and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
