Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Wisconsin is seeking a Finance Manager for Low Voltage Drives to lead FP&A for the Drives segment, shaping strategic financial guidance, forecasting, and investment appraisal to drive profitable growth.

You will partner with Drives leadership and global finance to deliver clear reporting, train teams on tools, and manage budgets and cost controls across programs. This role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred; 8+ years FP&A or accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 8+ years FP&A or accounting experience.
• MBA preferred; proactive mindset identifying solutions and driving financial issues.
• Ability to collaborate across a global finance organization to complete projects and improve efficiencies.
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, PowerBI or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Drives Leadership and leaders to refine strategy and financial plan.
• Influence strategy by presenting financial impact of market, supply chain, pricing, and productivity changes.
• Support new product development with visibility into project profitability and key variables.
• Solve business problems by removing obstacles and delivering practical solutions.
• Analyze topline, margin, and spend performance to drive bottom-line improvements.
• Lead financial forecast, annual planning, and reporting; translate results for non-finance audiences.
• Coach partners in using standard reporting to improve visibility into portfolio performance.
• Manage spending to target levels with PMO and functional leaders.
